Good customer service. The quote was way too high and it is not necessary to replace a whole front bumper. I will be getting other quotes.

My one ton Ram pickup had a blowout at freeway speed which was pretty much like a bomb going off. It severely damaged the right side of the bed and took out the wheel liner, the tail light, and even bent the rear bumper. I had no idea a blowout could even do that much damage. I chose Northwest Auto Body for the repairs based on my insurance company's recommendation. They scheduled me in within a couple weeks, fixed it all over the course of a few days including replacing the entire side of the bed and all the other damage. I'm pretty picky about body and paint work, I've seen a lot of shoddy work in my life, but on this repair I literally cannot tell the repair from new. They got every little detail right, just like it rolled off the assembly line. The paint matches perfectly as well. I am stunned by what a good job they did, I've never seen any body shop do that kind of work. They are very professional in how they go about it. Since that positive experience with my truck, I've had them perform a couple minor repairs to my Rav4, and they exceeded my expectations both times. If you want high quality work, this is the place to go, these guys are top notch and I would not take my vehicles anywhere else.

Have had a relationship with this business for many many years since the days my father was in the industry. They always do fantastic work so it was an easy choice when I hit an animal in my BMW SUV and needed extensive repairs. Everything was done correctly and they went out of their way to get me in quickly once parts arrived. I highly recommend them and I really mean that as I don’t just let anyone touch my car 👍
